Friends, CALL US OR E MAIL US AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE RETURNING OUR HEADSCARVES AND CAPS, IF YOU FEEL IT WILL HELP. At Uptown Girl Headwear we stand behind our HEADWEAR. We have had a factory and physical location in Brooklyn New York since I was a kid!!! Unworn headwear, with tags still attached, should be returned within 40 days for a full refund. (Longer in Holiday season.)Return shipping will not be refunded, but should cost less than $5 in USA. Please send the cheapest way, without us having to sign for it when delivered. Returns can be dropped off in Midwood or Marine Park in Brooklyn too.
Please keep unwanted Headwear double bagged until shipped back, in order to keep it fresh and brand new.
